As you may know, lockdown orders have been announced by the Queensland Government for 11 local government areas from 4pm (AEST) Saturday the 31st of July till Tuesday the 8th of August. The 11 LGAs included in this lockdown are:
• Brisbane City
• Moreton Bay Regional Council
• Gold Coast
• Ipswich
• Lockyer Valley Regional Council
• Logan City
• Noosa Shire Council
• Redland City
• Scenic Rim Regional Council
• Somerset Regional Council
• Sunshine Coast Regional Council
What on-site services can we perform?
Technicians are able to perform on-site services if the reason for the service is to assist a customer in having a working internet connection. This includes resolving issues that cause a barrier to accessing the internet, such as the customer’s computers not turning on, providing replacement computers, etc.
Policy: During this lockdown period, we will be assisting customers by working offsite. We will collect your device, troubleshoot the issue offsite and once the issue has been resolved. We return the device. Additional travel expenses will be absorbed by Call IT Mate to ensure we can keep you connected.
