Not every tech journey starts in a garage — ours began in a modest office in Silverwater, NSW, almost a decade ago. Two brothers, one shared vision: to deliver dependable, forward-thinking IT support tailored to small and medium-sized businesses.
Founded by Benu Mishra, a software developer, and Rajan Maharaj, a specialist in Onsite and Remote Management Support, Call IT Mate was built on a simple principle — put people first, and technology will follow. What began as a small support firm has grown into a trusted IT partner for businesses across Australia.

Founded in Silverwater, NSW, Call IT Mate began with a clear focus: to provide small businesses with dependable, no-fuss IT support. As an IT support/web development company, we focused on practical solutions, responsive service, and real partnerships with business owners.
In 2017, we shifted our operations to the Gold Coast, allowing us to bring our services to a new market. This move allowed us to meet the growing need for flexible, on-demand IT support in Queensland — helping both new and existing clients with reliable local service.
Following the impact of COVID-19, technology needs changed for everyone — not just businesses. We responded by broadening our services to include residential support, helping everyday Australians stay connected, secure, and productive in their homes and remote work setups.
In 2021, we began providing white-label onsite IT support for national IT service providers operating in the Gold Coast, Logan, and Brisbane. As their trusted local partner, we delivered professional, brand-aligned support directly to their clients — helping them meet service demands without compromising quality or response times.
In response to our clients’ evolving needs, we transitioned into a full-scale Managed Services provider — offering structured support plans, cloud management, and cybersecurity solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across Australia.
In 2025, we expanded our Managed IT Services by introducing a dedicated 24/7 Cyber Response Team. This always-on capability helps businesses detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time — strengthening our commitment to keeping clients secure, compliant, and resilient in today’s digital landscape.

We don’t believe in over-engineering or selling what you don’t need. Our support is practical, personal, and designed to work the way you do — with responsive help during business hours and round-the-clock cyber monitoring when it matters most.
Our general IT support operates during standard business hours, but we’ve introduced a 24/7 Cyber Response Team as part of our cybersecurity services. This means that while regular IT requests are handled during business hours, critical cyber threats are monitored and responded to around the clock.
